If climate news has ever made you panic, nap, or Google a word that somehow had three acronyms in it, Climate Shorts is for you.

PS: No PowerPoints were harmed in the making of this series.

Meet Avnee, founder Green Pistachio, the kind of person who can find hope in almost anything. Climate report? Opportunity. Failed policy? Lesson. Another sustainability buzzword? Perfect material for a sarcastic joke. And then there’s Harsh, co-founder Planet Pact, who reads one climate headline and immediately opens fifteen tabs trying to figure out whether the planet is doomed.

Together, they’re the two voices living in most of our heads.

And Climate Shorts is where Avnee tries to convince Harsh that the future isn’t doomed, while Harsh tries to convince Avnee that blind optimism is not a climate strategy.

Every episode starts with Harsh spiralling over a climate issue and Avnee responding with, “Okay, but have you tried calming down for literally one second?”

Together, they will delve into experts’ opinions, changemakers’ viewpoints, and everyday perspectives to help settle the debate.

Take a look:

Episode 1, Part 1

Episode 1, Part 2

Can one person really make a difference? Is sustainable living actually affordable? Are we saving the planet, or are we just separating our waste incorrectly with extra confidence?

Between Avnee’s relentless optimism and Harsh’s Olympic-level overthinking, they somehow manage to turn climate conversations into something surprisingly fun, relatable, and useful.

No lectures. No jargon. Just one person asking, “Are we doomed?” and another replying, “Not if you stop opening fifteen tabs at once.”

It’s part climate conversation, part therapy session for Harsh, and part reality check for Avnee.
